These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Personal User Manual for Working With Me, a product of Simpatico. By using our tool, whether free (Freemium) or paid, you agree to these Terms.

Purpose of the Tool

• The Personal User Manual is a reflective tool and framework. It is not a scientific or medical product.

• Any AI chatbot responses are thought-provoking and for entertainment purposes only. They should not be taken as directives or professional advice, but as one perspective to consider.

  
  

User Responsibilities

• You use the tool at your own risk. Simpatico is not responsible for any actions you take (or don’t take) based on insights from the tool.

• You may not share your account with another person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

• You agree not to misuse the tool, including attempting to reverse-engineer, resell, or otherwise exploit the intellectual property of Simpatico.

  
  

Payments and Refunds

• Payments are final. Refunds are only available if you contact us within 24 hours of signing up, provided you have not accessed any paid features beyond the Freemium version.

• This policy exists to protect against users extracting value from the tool and then immediately requesting refunds.

  
  

Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and intellectual property of the tool belong to Simpatico. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the tool for personal purposes only.

  
  

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The tool is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• Simpatico disclaims liability for damages or losses arising from your use of the tool.
